Existing Campaigns: At the time, the client was maintaining two distinct campaigns, one dedicated to Search (PPC) ads, and the other centered around a YouTube Shorts video campaign.

Campaign Inefficiencies: Multiple campaigns with low keyword count, fragmented ad groups, wrong ad format, policy violations, improper audience targeting, and bidding strategy errors.


High Costs and Ad Quality: High CPA, low-quality ad copy, missing elements, neglect of extensions, and insufficient keyword research.


Targeting and Analytics Gaps: Issues with keyword match types, negative keywords, conversion tracking, and the absence of Google Analytics 4 integration and remarketing tags.

Comprehensive Campaign Setup: Conducted extensive keyword research, created a new PPC campaign with varied ad elements, improved ad copy, strengthened ad content, and optimized bidding strategies.

Remarketing and Analytics Integration: Set up remarketing tags, integrated Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with the website and Google Ads, created remarketing audiences, and configured GA4 event tags through GTM.


Data Collection and CRM Integration: Configured data collection, integrated CRM (Pipedrive) with Google Ads, and established offline conversion tracking.


Continuous Optimization: Conducted A/B testing and performed regular data-driven optimizations for ongoing success.

Execution and Results Overview

Keyword Research: We conducted targeted keyword research using Keyword Planner, identifying the top-performing keywords in our niche.


Conversion Tracking Setup: Google Ads Enhanced Conversion Tracking and GA4 event tracking tags, triggers, and essential variables were configured via Google Tag Manager (GTM).


CRM Integration: Google Ads was seamlessly integrated with the CRM system, and a Google Sheet was set up for uploading GCLIDs with conversion values for offline conversion tracking.


Preparation Efforts: Extensive groundwork, including landing page analysis, competitor analysis, ad copy enhancements, keyword selection, creation of multiple ad groups, and the selection of an appropriate bidding strategy, was carried out.
